Matt Turner
Matt is an environmental scientist with experience in NRM in both government and non-government roles. He has qualifications in Natural Resource Management and Geographic Information Systems. Matt has expertise in biodiversity planning, photography, advocacy, education and the social sciences.
Matt currently works with the Wilderness Society in South Australia as Wild Country Scientist. Matt has a particular interest in desert ecosystems and the ecological drivers behind them.
Matt represents conservation interests on the CAC.
The Lake Eyre Basin Agreement is implemented by the Australian Government Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts, and the Queensland, South Australian and Northern Territory Governments
