Implementation of the Lake Eyre Basin Agreement is integrated with other natural resource management processes in the Basin. Groups established under the LEB Agreement therefore have strong links with other community groups and organisations in the Basin. Many members of the Lake Eyre Basin Community Advisory Committee are also members of these other groups, creating close connections with their work.
The Lake Eyre Basin Agreement is implemented by the Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, and the Queensland, South Australian and Northern Territory Governments
